We will be meeting up at the Cowan Rest Area Truck Stop(old toll gates) on the Old Pacific Hwy.

9:15am – meeting time Cowan Rest Area Truck Stop

9:30am – Drivers Briefing

9:45am – Depart Cowan Rest Area truck Stop

10:30am – Arrive at Gosford Classic Car Museum

You will issued with a day pass so you can come in and out as many times as you like on the day. Generally it takes 2-3 hours to do the museum walk through.

Entry into the museum will be conducted as a group and any concession card entry WILL require presentation of your BLUE CONCESSION CARD. SENIORS card will not be accepted!

Vehicle Judging Class:

Please select the right class or you may be disqualified! Brock HDT: All Brock era HDT cars regardless of kilometres travelled. Elite: Cars that have averaged less than 5,000km pa including current series models with less than 5,000km. Show n Shine: In these class cars must have averaged between 5,000km & 10,000km per annum Daily Driven: Cars entering this class must have averaged over 10,000km per annum. Modified: Cars with major modifications, e.g. Forced Induction, custom paint, major motor or interior mods. Motor sport: Cars entering this class must have competed in a motorsport event more than 3 times a year.

Conditions of Entry:

The car is to be clean and tidy and well presented. It should be displayed to the best of your ability and reflect the quality of the car, the Club and the Show’s sponsors. Vehicles must be currently listed in the Club’s Membership Register as being an eligible vehicle. Rules for judging are contained in the “Rules and Judging Criteria for Judged Car Shows” document which is downloadable from the Show page on the club’s website. To be eligible for trophies, entrants must wear the event shirt which will be given to them on the day as this shirt is a key part of the club’s promotional support of the sponsors who have made this show possible. Judging will be by independent judges and judging decisions are final and not open to appeal.

Come along for a leisurely drive to the beautiful Jenolan Caves. There are three carparks on the grounds of Jenolan caves that we can park in.

Once we arrive at Jenolan Caves we will be doing a private tour of the Imperial Cave. The tour runs for 1 hour.

If you would like to attend but do not want to do the caves tour that is fine to. There is a number of walking trails around the caves grounds that you could explore whilst the tour is running.

BYO Picnic Lunch or buy your lunch from the Jenolan Caves food facilities

Mayfield Gardens near Oberon began to take shape in the mid-1990’s and today is one of the world’s largest privately owned cool climate gardens. Owned by the Hawkins family, Mayfield Gardens extend across more than 160 acres (64H) and sits within a 5,000acre working farm. Numerous follies and features are blended into the landscape: the breath-taking 80metre cascade, the walled kitchen garden; the stunning Water Garden, the Grotto, the Valley of the Five Ponds, the Venus Vale and the Gallery, the Aviary, the Chapel, rose garden and Islamic style pond and much, much more.

We will leave from opposite the Go Kart track on Peter Brock Drive, Eastern Creek at 8.00am and then head along the M4 to the Hydro Majestic at Medlow Bar for a 30 minute morning tea beak. After morning tea we will make our way towards Oberon and beyond to the beautiful Mayfield Gardens. After some exploring of the gardens we will then head back inside for some lovely wood fired pizza which will be topped with fresh produce that is grown on site.
