Meeting Point 1 – McDonalds, Cnr Great Western Highway & Colyton Road Minchinbury at 7:30am.
Drivers Briefing 7:45am (Run Leader: 1. Run Rules & 2. Parade Laps Rules)
Depart 8:00am
Arrive at Meeting Point 2 – Pheasants Nest Truckstop southbound 8:45am
Depart 9:00am
Arrive at Pheasant Wood Circuit 9:55am
Both Drivers and Passengers then sign a disclaimer to be issued with a wrist band for the Parade Laps session.

Watch HSVOC hosted NSW Supersprint Championship Round. (Motorsport Australia permit no. 225/1409/02)
During the Supersprint lunch break: 4 laps of the track behind the Safety Car as per the Parade Laps Rules below.
There will be a food & coffee truck at the track.
Depart for lunch at the Terminus Hotel, 54 George Street Marulan, just 8 minutes away.
Parking at the rear of the hotel, lunch at your own cost.
RUN RULES
- Fill your car with fuel before you get to the meeting point.
- Drive with headlights on.
- Tune to channel 18 on your UHF radio
- Do not overtake Run Leader
- Keep up with the group and don’t lag. Gaps over 3 seconds increases the chances of cars getting caught at traffic lights.
- If you get separated or break down contact the Run Leader on your UHF radio
PARADE LAPS RULES
Four Parade laps behind a Safety Car will be conducted during the lunch break for members of the HSV Owners Club of NSW who have pre-entered for this event.
A mandatory Drivers Briefing will be conducted by the Clerk of the Course for parade lap drivers and this event will be conducted under the following conditions:
a) Parade vehicles are to always remain behind the Safety Car and drive in a safe and responsible manner
b) A speed limit of 110 kph is to be observed.
c) All parade vehicle occupants are to wear seat belts and remain fully within the vehicle
d) Parade vehicles should do their best to maintain a constant 2-3 seconds gap between each vehicle
e) Parade vehicles that drop back and then speed up will be black flagged and removed from the parade laps
f) Drivers of parade vehicles must hold a current valid driver’s licence
g) Parade vehicles must have current road registration and be in a roadworthy condition, especially tyres and brakes
h) Drivers of parade vehicles undertake this event at their own risk and sign the “Declaration” section of the event’s Motorsport Australia General Disclaimer.
