Entry Fee: $15

Friday 27th: Meet & Greet Canapes in the lobby of the Pavilion on Northbourne hotel ($25 per person)

Saturday 28th: Show n Shine ($45 per car)

Saturday Evening 28th: Dyno Shoot Out ($110 per car)

Sunday 29th: Car Cruise with BBQ lunch

Sunday Evening 29th: Presentation Dinner with Buffet meal ($75 per adult / $18 per child)
(A photo of your car will be required to be added to your entry so that it can be shown at the presentation dinner)

After entry form submission, you will be emailed an invoice with payment instructions.

IMPORTANT  –  PLEASE READ THESE 2 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS  –  BEFORE COMPLETING ENTRY FORM
  • The Prices in the Entry form are ONLY for Club Members that are current 2026 paid up Members of their respective state/territory HSV Owners Club.
  • Please do not enter until your Club Membership for 2026 is paid in full.
  • If you enter and aren’t a current 2026 Member, you will be charged the Standard Pricing
  • For you to lock in the Early Bird pricing your entry form must be submitted and you must have made payment prior to midnight on 30th of June 2026.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS  –  BEFORE COMPLETING ENTRY FORM
  • If you are wanting to enter MORE than one vehicle, please complete another form and submit it. The organisers can sort out the invoice fees when they generate the invoice to email out to you.
  • For additional vehicles, you will ONLY need to pay for Show & Shine and Dyno Shootout as applicable (if you are entering those 2 events for the additional vehicle) and please indicate if your additional vehicle will be driven by someone on the car cruise.
  • There will NOT be any Motorsport events at this HSV Nationals in 2026.
  • Once the completed entry form is submitted, you will receive an email invoice for you to make payment for the events and options you have selected on this form.
  • For ease of processing entries when making the payment, please use BOTH the invoice number provided by us to your email and your car registration plate as a comment on the payment
  • Once payment has been made your entry is complete
  • The FINAL date for Early Bird Pricing for current financial Club Members is midnight on 30th June 2026
  • The FINAL date for any changes to your submitted entry form is midnight on 12th September 2026
  • The FINAL date for refunds is midnight on 12th September 2026, however if an unavoidable circumstance arises please discuss this with the HSV Nationals Team via email to   hsvnationals.team@gmail.com
