New Associate Membership

Associate Membership is available for previous full or family members who no longer own a qualifying vehicle but wish to continue their association with the Club.

The cost of joining the Club includes your membership subscription, GST, and a one time joining fee of $40.00. Membership renewals for subsequent years are just $75.00 pa.

Also, as a new member you will receive a free Club Polo Shirt valued at $50.00!

A valid email address is required. Members agree to accept emails from the Club as they are the Club’s main method of communication with it’s members.

To apply for new Associate Membership:
  1. If you do not have an online Account, please click here to register and create a new Account.
  2. Once you have logged in click on “New Associate Member – $115” under the “Membership” tab to return to this page.
  3. Complete the Online Membership Application below, selecting the length of membership (1 year or 3 years) by choosing the option from the drop-down menu.
  4. You have the option to collect your free Club Polo Shirt at a Club General Meeting, or please click here to have it delivered to your preferred address at the flat rate cost of $20.00. Add this to your Cart and return to this tab to complete your application.
  5. Click on the “Add to Cart” button, then proceed to the Checkout. We recommend that you add your name and address details as prompted during checking out as that will save you doing it later. Membership can be paid by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
  6. Our Membership Secretary usually processes new membership applications, including the bulk mailing of Motorsport Australia Affiliated Car Club Membership cards, on a monthly basis. However, once you have submitted your New Membership Application, you are immediately entitled to participate in all Club events and activities. When your new membership application has been processed you will receive an email from our Membership Secretary confirming your membership, including more information on how you can enjoy belonging to our Club!

Your new Membership Application is subject to the Committee’s review under section 4 of the Club’s Constitution and confirmation of your successful membership application will be confirmed to you per email by the Membership Secretary within 30 days. Please note that “Member Only” Club events including Club Muscle Car Shows require a membership number to enter. If you have not received your membership number before your need to enter a “Member Only” event, please email the Membership Secretary: membership@hsvclubnsw.com
