Bookings are essential so that we are aware of who is attending and where about they are meeting the convoy!

In conjunction with the HSV Owners Club of Qld we will be continuing the tradition of an annual weekend away in Coffs Harbour.

If you’ve never been away with the Club this is a fantastic opportunity to get to know your fellow members and the lovely Qld members better.

There’s plenty of time to sit down with members that you don’t know all that well and find out more about them while also letting them know more about yourself  

All the members who have been on previous Coffs Harbour Weekends with the Club can confirm this event is one that shouldn’t be missed.

All accommodation MUST be booked personally and a deposit will be requested by CREDIT CARD HOLD by Opal Cove Resort at the time of booking.

Ocean View Rooms are $185.00 – MAKE SURE YOU SAY FOR HSV EVENT (no breakfast is included.)

Upon checkout you will be requested to provide the name of all attendees (as well as email address). Attendees who are not club members will be granted Temporary Membership for this event. This is necessary to ensure that the event documentation conforms with relevant legislation and that all attendees are covered by our Motorsport Australia insurance policy. This information will be required on all future events!

Program

Leave Friday Morning: Meet at McDonalds Mount Colah at 7:00am, Drivers Briefing at 7:15am then depart promptly at 7:30am towards M1 (Meeting Point 1)

Arrive at Twin Service Centre Warnervale: 8:15am (Meeting Point 2)

Depart Twin Service Centre: 8:45am for Taree 

1st Rest Stop: Taree Service Centre – Arrive 10.45am. Leave 11.15am

2nd Rest Stop: Lunch: Nambucca Service Centre – Arrive 1.05pm. Leave 1.45pm.

Arrive Friday afternoon: 2:30pm Opal Cove Resort, Pacific Highway Coffs Harbour (keep an eye out for the signs as you pass through the northern side of Coffs Harbour)

Friday Afternoon / Evening: 6:00pm Drinks and casual BBQ dinner at Opal Cove BBQ Area.

Saturday:
7.30am A convoy to the National Holden Motor Museum for breakfast. Pay on order of food
9.45am Leave for Solitary Island Aquarium Coffs Harbour – 2 Bay Drive Coffs Harbour.
$12.00 Cash to be paid on Friday evening (Aquarium entry normally $18)
11.50am leave Aquarium and make our way to The Golden Dog Hotel – 57 Coramba Street, Glenreagh for lunch.
12:45pm Arrive at the Golden Dog Hotel
2:30pm Leave for Laser Tag at the Big Banana Coffs Harbour.
5.30pm Arrive back at Opal Cove Resort

Saturday night: Drinks and dinner at Dining room at Opal Cove Resort.

Sunday: Breakfast at Opal Cove Resort, goodbyes and departure for home.
