Next General Meeting on Tuesday 1st May 2018 will include a $5.00 hot dinner for all attendees.
It will be held in the ARDC Hinxman Room at 8:00pm (On top of the pits at the Control Tower end, Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.)
A hot food selection will be supplied by the ARDC caterers at below cost too make up with running out of food at our Christmas meeting in December last year.
It will not be finger food as we’ve had at our previous Christmas meetings but a selection of hot food served by catering staff from bain maries.
The committee is planning to change the menu of this years Christmas meeting to a hot food selection and this meeting will also be a test of this menu for this year’s Christmas meeting.
RSVP’s are essential as we order and pay for catering on a “per head” basis and must be submitted no later than 10:00pm Wednesday 25th April 2017.
Please submit your RSVP by adding to your Cart below then checking out for only $5.00 per person.
Because of this catering, we will only be able to allow those who have rsvp’d entry to the May meeting.
