This year’s event celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Blacktown City Show and is planned to be the biggest and best yet!

The Blacktown Show is over the weekend of Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th March, with the Car Show only on Sunday 10th March.

Our Club is participating in this Show with a Club Car Display for members and their families to enjoy a family friendly event, and to help promote our Club to the community.

Over 500 cars are expected to enter into the Car Show on Sunday. With our Club Display limited to 45 car places, you will need to enter quickly to ensure your spot!

Entries will be accepted on a “first in” basis and will close 10:00pm Thursday 29th February.

Entry is FREE for all Entrants, family, guests and all the General public. Entry cost is sponsored by the Blacktown City Council

Booking your car spot is required. Please make sure if you have more than one Club Car, that you login with the account that the car you are displaying is registered under before you submit your entry.

Location: Blacktown Showground (Richmond Rd Blacktown), entry via the Kent Street Gate

Meeting Place: McDonalds, Reservoir Road Arndell Park

Meeting Time: 7:00am, Briefing 7.15am & Depart 7.30am to Arrive at 7.45am

Bump In: 7:45am – Cars are to be all in place by 8.30am

Show Time: 9:00am until 4:00pm (Strictly entrants are NOT to move their vehicles until the end of the show at 4:00pm)

All Club members must wear their Red Members Club Polo Shirt during the Show on Sunday. 

Judging and Trophy Presentation will conducted by the Show Organiser. (This is not an HSVOC Muscle Car Show)

Description

As this is a “mini Royal Easter Show” it will include all the things one would expect to see at an Agricultural/Horticultural Show such as Wood Chopping, Sheep Shearing and Blacksmithing, Working Dogs and Search Dogs Demonstrations and the Antique Machinery Display, with exhibits and competition in the Arts, Crafts, Cooking, Poultry, Horticulture, Caged Birds etc.

The entertainment is equal to what one would expect to see at the Royal Easter Show. Children can look forward to the Animal Farm Nursery, Magic Shows, Super Hero’s, Live Reptile Display, the Strongman Competition with families enjoying the entertainment on Saturday night on the main stage and in Centre ring with the International Freestyle Team performing the most death defying entertaining stunt show, culminating with the Blacktown City Councils Fireworks Spectacular.

A spectacular Car Show is the highlight on the Sunday.

FREE ENTRY to all cars and passengers in the vehicle participating in the Car Show.

The Show Society is run by Volunteers and have been able to help many worthy organizations and charities over the years such as the Cancer Council of NSW, the Cure for Brain Foundation, the Struggling Farmers, the Bush Fire Appeal, Search Dogs Sydney Inc, and the Ross Hutchison Foundation, to name a few. A Charity Auction will be held on the main Stage on the Sunday, following the presentation of trophies.
