Astina Space is sponsoring this event which includes a free coffee and egg & bacon roll for each driver only, provided by Fin & Co, the onsite cafe.

This cafe will be open to the public on the day.

Entry is free, but you need to book via this web page.

However, as the Club will need to pay a $10 catering cost for drivers who have booked their car in but don’t turn up, so these drivers will be asked to re-imburse the Club.

Bookings close at midnight on Sunday 12th October to enable catering to be ordered. No late entries.

Club members are to wear their red club shirts.

Description

Meet at the venue at 8:30am for a 9:00am bump in, the display closes at 12 noon.

There will be an onsite tour around the facilities for all entrants and family members.

There are several car enthusiasts that have their garage setup with Hoist etc and they will have their units opened up on the day for us to see what can be done with these spaces.

This event will be advertised in the local Weekender so it will be important that we have a good number of people attend. We also plan to setup and sell merchandise to add to the impact of this event.
