The General Meeting on Tuesday 6th December 2022 will be our Club’s annual Christmas Party Meeting.

Note new start time of 7:30pm!

ARDC Hinxman Room (On top of the pits at the Control Tower end, Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.)

Come and enjoy our end of year meeting!

 

The cost to the Club for each meal is $35.00, plus the cost of catering staff. The Club needs to confirm attendance numbers one week out and will be charged on a per head basis based on these numbers. Please only RSVP if you are going to actually attend the Christmas Meeting as the Club will still get charged $35.00 if you RSVP and don’t attend. Members who RSVP and don’t attend will be asked to contribute the cost of the meal that was wasted.

 

A drink voucher for 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks) or 1 spirit drink will be given to financial members and partners of family members only.

Additional drinks available for purchase.

RSVP’s must be submitted no later than 24th November 2022.

RSVP’s are essential. If you haven’t submitted an RSVP, please don’t try to attend.

The General Meeting on Tuesday 6th December 2022 will be our Club’s annual Christmas Party Meeting.
It will be held in the ARDC Hinxman Room at 7:30pm (On top of the pits at the Control Tower end, Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.)
Come and enjoy our end of year meeting!
Free hot food will be supplied by the ARDC caterers and a drink voucher for 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks) or 1 spirit drink will be given to financial members and partners of family members only.
RSVP’s are necessary as we order and pay for catering on a “per head” basis and must be submitted no later than 24th November 2022.
