On Sunday 18th September, we me up at Thornleigh Mc Donalds as we usually do for our northern run destinations at a very, very respectable time of 9am. Then Made our way up the M1 to Distillery Botanic located at 25 Portsmouth Road Erina.
We will arrive at Distillery Botanica for an in-depth guided tour with one of their experienced team members. Starting with a Moore’s Dry Gin and tonic on arrival, we will then explore the enchanting gardens to discover Distillery Botanica’s unique botanicals and plants and be taken through the distillery to learn more about the distilling process. Finally, They will take us through a guided tasting of our award-winning spirits and liqueurs. You’ll also receive $10 off any full-size bottle purchase at the distillery door at the end of the tour.

10:00am leave towards M1
11:00am Arrive at Distillery Botanica
12:30pm leave Distillery Botanica and make a 5 min drive to Lunch at the Sunken Monkey Hotel at 207 the Entrance Road Erina.
