The General Meeting on Tuesday 4th December 2018 will be our Club’s annual Christmas Party Meeting.
It will be held in the ARDC Hinxman Room at 8:00pm (On top of the pits at the Control Tower end, Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.)
Come and enjoy our end of year meeting!
Free hot food will be supplied by the ARDC caterers and a drink voucher for 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks) or 1 spirit drink will be given to financial members and partners of family members only.
RSVP’s are necessary as we order and pay for catering on a “per head” basis and must be submitted no later than 27th November 2018.
RSVP’s are essential. Please don’t get embarrassed by turning up without submitting an RSVP by 27th November!
