The General Meeting on Tuesday 5th December 2023 will be our Club’s annual Christmas Meeting.
Note new start time of 7:30pm!
ARDC Hinxman Room (On top of the pits at the Control Tower end, Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.)

The cost to the Club for each person is $35.00. The Club needs to confirm attendance numbers one week out and will be charged on a per head basis based on these numbers. Please only RSVP if you are going to actually attend the Christmas Meeting as the Club will still get charged $35.00 if you RSVP and don’t attend. Members who RSVP and don’t attend will be asked to contribute the cost of the meal that was wasted.
A drink voucher for 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks) or 1 spirit drink will be given to financial members and partners of family members only.
Additional drinks available for purchase.
RSVP’s must be submitted no later than 10:00pm Saturday 25th November 2023.
RSVP’s are essential. If you haven’t submitted an RSVP, please don’t try to attend.

The General Meeting on Tuesday 5th December 2023 will be our Club’s annual Christmas Meeting.
It will be held in the ARDC Hinxman Room at 7:30pm (On top of the pits at the Control Tower end, Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.)
Come and enjoy our end of year meeting!
Freshly made all-you-can-eat pizza’s will be provided and a drink voucher for 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks) or 1 spirit drink will be given to financial members and partners of family members only.
Pizza’s will be made fresh on site from the Gassd Pizza truck. This includes garlic and herb bread to start, followed by your choice of up to 6 different main pizzas and then 3 different types of dessert pizzas! All unlimited!!
