Please note that due to COVID-19 requirements, free hot meals will be served up to members. The cost to the Club for each meal is $35.00, plus the cost of catering staff. The Club needs to confirm attendance numbers one week out and will be charged on a per head basis based on these numbers. Please only RSVP if you are going to actually attend the Christmas Meeting as the Club will still get charged $35.00 if you RSVP and don’t attend. Members who RSVP and don’t attend will be asked to contribute the cost of the meal that was wasted.

 

A drink voucher for 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks) or 1 spirit drink will be given to financial members and partners of family members only.

Additional drinks available for purchase by CARD ONLY, NO CASH.

At this stage, double vaccination, social distancing and other Government Covid-19 requirements will be in place which may include a maximum number of people per table.

Entry to HSVFest 2022 is to be made by the submission of an online entry by a financial HSV Club member and is subject to the below Conditions and approval of the event organisers.

Accommodation in Albury is limited so please ensure that you have booked accommodation before submitting your online entry. It’s also recommended that you first visit the HSVFest website, if you haven’t already done so, for full event information before you commence your online entry.

Important: Before you commence your HSVFest online entry:

  1. Please Log in to your Account: If you do not already have an Account, first please click on “Login/My Account” at the top of the screen and Register. Once you have registered, please login and then add your vehicle details by clicking on the “Edit” link at the top of your Billing Address in your Account. If you have changed your vehicle since you last logged in, please update your vehicle’s details as this information is required for your online event entry.
  2. If you will be entering the Sunday Motorsport: Please download the following Motorsport documents and action as shown below:
    1. General Disclaimer. You will be asked to declare that you have read this document during your online event entry.
    2. Supplementary Regulations. You will be asked to declare that you have read this document during your online event entry.
    3. Drivers Briefing Notes. You will be asked to declare that you have read this document during your online event entry.

You will be shown the progressive cost total for each entry, as well as the total cost in your Cart. Please check that all the details of the entries in your Cart are correct before you proceed to the Checkout, as these can’t be changed once you have “checked out” and your payment has been made. (2) The person entering HSV Fest must be a current financial member from any HSV owners club worldwide.
(3) Members will be responsible for the behaviour of their Guests and Children. All participants must comply with their respective Club’s Code of Conduct.
(4) Participants will need to comply with each State Government’s Covid-19 requirements at the time.
(5) No refunds or changes to Merchandise Orders may be made after Sunday 1st May 2022.
(6) No refunds or changes to Entries or Selections may be made after Sunday 15th May 2022.
(7) Motorsport entries will be accepted in order of receipt. Motorsport entrants who have entered after the 55 limit has been reached will have their entry fee refunded, less $5.00 for lunch which will still be provided.

The Motorsport Team is organising a night of fun in your HSV at this event.

Entry is a little different than our usual Club Events.

Entry Tickets only become available after 8:00 pm on the night of the previous event Friday 23rd April, and usually sell out on that night.
So after 8:00 pm on Friday 23rd April go to: https://rollracing.com.au/buy-online/ and click on the 14th May Sydney event.

There are 3 levels of entry tickets:

VIP (includes garage, tender pass and spectator ticket)   $130

Entry with a carport (includes tender pass)      $90

and just entry (includes tender pass)                $75

VIP tickets sell out by the end of the night and the others by end of the weekend, so you need to be quick.

You will also need a Racers Licence, which is available at the same time for $30 for the night. More info on the Roll Racing website.

Motorsport Team member Brett Gilles and others are regulars and will help you with any queries on the night.

Maximum entries are capped at around 130 and you will get up to 15 runs on the night as there is only a 20-30 sec gap between pairs.

The night runs from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Passengers are permitted on all runs for a small fee and signed indemnity. Its all great fun and very good value..

We hope to see a big team from the Club at this one.

7:30am Meet at Peter Brock Drive, Eastern Creek opposite the Go Karts.

7:45am Briefing.

8:00am Leave. Make our way to M4 then onto M7, and then follow the Hume Highway, Narellan Road, Camden Bypass, Remebrance Drive through Picton and onto the Old Hume Highway to Tahmoor.

9:10am Arrive at Where Ya Bean cafe, 152 Remembrance Drive Tahmoor for a coffee break

10:45am Leave Tahmoor. Travell South along Old Hume Highway to the M31 Hume Motorway, then east onto Picton Road and on to Lawrence Hargrave Drive Thirroul, turn right onto Bath Street, left into Cliff Pde. Find parking anywhere around the Thirroul Beach Pavilion.

11:45am Arrive at Thirroul Beach Pavilion. Order and pay for your own lunch.

Run to Warragamba Dam – Sunday 17th October

Drive from Edmonson Park to Warragamba Dam via Orangeville

Due to current regulations we can only have 20 people on this run so first in gets a spot. If restrictions change we will also change the numbers accordingly

Sydney is starting to open up so let’s take the beasts out for a nice drive in the countryside!

8:45am Meet in the McDonalds Edmonson Park car park.
9:30am Briefing
9:40am Leave and head along Camden Valley Way, to Narellan and onto Cobbitty Road, Bobs Range Road through Orangeville then onto Silverdale Road and to Warragamba Dam.
10:45am Arrive at Warragamba Dam. At the Dam there are videos to watch and information about the dam construction at the information centre. Videos run for approx. ½ hour. You can also walk across the Dam, and this takes approx. ½ hour as well.
12:15pm Leave Warragamba Dam
12.30 pm Arrive at Wallacia Hotel for lunch at own cost. Current covid regulations will only allow 20 for this run but if this changes and we are able to have more in attendance, we will let you know

Note that this event has been moved from it’s original date
 due to Government COVID-19 restrictions.
As merchandise has already been ordered, there will be no refunds for entrants who are unable to attend on the new date.
However, these entrants will still be able to collect their event shorts and Show goodies bag at the next Club Meeting.

 

Venue Access:

Show entrants and their passengers will be give free access to the venue but entrants will need to tell Security at Gate A that they are displaying their car at the Show on the Amaroo Circuit pits to gain free venue entry.

Vehicle Judging Class:

Please select the right class or you may be disqualified! 
Elite: Cars that have averaged less than 5,000km pa from their build date to the show date, including current series models with less than 5,000km.
Classic: HDT or HSV Cars that are 20 years old or older (ie up to VX Model), regardless of kilometres.
Show n Shine: In this class cars must have averaged between 5,000km & 10,000km per annum from their build date to the show date.
Daily Driven: Cars entering this class must have averaged over 10,000km per annum from their build date to the show date.
Modified: This is an optional class for cars with at least 3 significant modifications, e.g. Forced Induction, custom paint, major motor or interior mods. Cars in this class will be judged against other modified class cars only, regardless of kilometres.
Motorsport: Cars entering this class must have competed in at least 2 of our Club motorsport events during the previous and current show year. Cars in this class will be judged against other motorsport cars regardless of kilometres only and are not required to be eligible vehicles (eg HDT or HSV).

Conditions of Entry:

Early Bird Entry now closed. Cost was $60.00 until 10:00pm Sunday 20th June 2021.

Late Entry cost is $70.00 per member and close 10:00pm Saturday 26th June 2021. No judged entries will be accepted after this deadline.

The car is to be clean and tidy and well presented. It should be displayed to the best of your ability and reflect the quality of the car, the Club and the Show’s sponsors. Vehicles must be currently listed in the Club’s Membership Register as being an eligible vehicle. Click here to see the Rules and Judging Criteria for Judged Car Shows. To be eligible for trophies, entrants must wear the event shirt which will be given to them on the day as this shirt is a key part of the club’s promotional support of the sponsors who have made this show possible. Judging will be by independent judges and judging decisions are final and not open to appeal. Refunds or credits cannot be given after entries close.

Important Entrant Information:

Entry on the day is from 6:30am and the latest that you can come is 7:30am as the show starts at 9:00am. Please have your car at the Show by 7:15am.

Remember that entrants will need to tell Security at Gate A that they are displaying their car at the Show on the Amaroo Circuit pits to gain free venue entry.

When you arrive at the Amaroo circuit you need to look for any of the Special Events team: Joe Garzaniti, David Sultana, Frank Vivoda and Michael Benton who will have the vehicle placement map and they we will direct you to your place. Please be patient as we have 60 entries to place in the morning.

Entrants Shirts (which MUST be worn on the day) and goodies bag will be given out on the morning of the Show.

Just remember for members that haven’t entered before it’s all about presentation and how clean your car is, even at the hard to get at places. Displaying your car with merchandise, pictures etc. is encouraged to make it a whole presentation of the vehicle on the day. Please don’t leave unnecessary stuff in your car and in your boot, presentation is a must!

When cars are being judged please leave all the car unlocked with bonnet and boot open.

Please doesn’t approach or talk to the Judges while Judging!!

When judging your members choice award please don’t vote for your friend, as the whole idea is for you to vote for the car that appeals to you most!

Entering Additional Cars:

You may enter more than one eligible vehicle, and it has an “Additional Car” membership plan under your name. Please make sure that you log in under the vehicle’s account that you want to enter. Each vehicle needs to be separately entered. There is no additional cost for more than one vehicle. Only one Event Shirt and Goodies bag per paid entry.

If you have more than one eligible vehicle but do not have the other(s) registered in a separate “Additional Car” membership plan in your name, please email webmaster@hsvclubnsw.com with the following information: Vehicle Series (eg HSV-VX), Vehicle Model (eg ClubSport), Vehicle Colour, Registration Number, HSV/HDT Build Date and HSV/HDT Build Number. A new “Additional Car” membership plan will be created for you and you will be emailed with the new account login details.

A coupon code may be used to process the entry of each additional car at no extra cost. Please do not use the coupon code for your first entry, only for additional entries after the first entry has been submitted. Entries using the coupon code which are not additional will have their entry cancelled and will be required to re-enter again so that an entry payment can be processed. The coupon code for additional car entries is additionalcar721 and can be applied to your Cart prior to Checkout.

Run West Display – 28th March 2021

 

Run West Club Display

RunWest are involved with Athletics Australia, in assisting them with their charity run, Run West, with the 12km fun run starting here at Sydney Motorsport Park on Sunday 28th March 2021. (http://www.runthewest.com.au/) 

We have been asked to assist in locating car clubs that may wish to display vehicles, on the circuit, (next to the Grandstand lining the cars to guide the runners out of the gate to the Brabham Drive exit) to be in position at the start of the race. 

They are expecting over 6,000 entrants here for the start of the race, with the event now drawing a lot of community interest with Ch7 broadcasting live from the event. The charity run is starting here at SMSP, before heading toward the new Sydney Zoo, and finishing at West HQ at Rooty Hill.

(1) The Vehicle or Vehicles entered by the entrant must be a plated HSV or Pre-1988 HDT. If you wish to enter more than one vehicle you will need to create an Account for each each vehicle and enter using that vehicle’s Account.
(2) The person entering HSVFest must be a current financial member from any HSV Owners Club that is listed in the official HSV Owners Club’s website (HSVOC). Any entrant who is not a financial member of an HSVOC by 2nd August 2021 will have their entry cancelled and payments refunded.
(3) Members must be responsible for the behaviour of their Guests and Children. All participants must comply with the HSVFest Code of Conduct.
(4) No refunds or changes to Entries or Selections may be made after Sunday 1st August 2021.
(5) Motorsport entries will be accepted in order of receipt, Show n Shine entrants will receive priority. Motorsport entrants who have entered after the limit has been reached will have their entry fee refunded, less $5.00 for lunch which will still be provided.
(6) A valid email address is required for entry as emails are HSVFest’s main method of communication with entrants, including invitations to future events.

Come along for a fun filled day at Maitland Steamfeast. We will be putting our cars in the Show and Shine event at Mayfield showground. You can leave the ground at any time of the day and have a wonder around the town at all that Steam Feast has to offer your from steam train races or train rides, check out the antique machinery and see how things used to be done or just have a wonder around the live music, market stals or gourment food stores and more. It is a great day for the entire family, young and old.

COST TO MEMBERS: $10pp  for show and shine entry to pay in cash at the showground if you want to enter

For our final run for 2020, lets get out in our magnificent cars for one more time for the year with a nice relaxing drive to Jamberoo, with the option to have lunch at the Jamberoo Pub or at the Jamberoo Action Park.

Please only RSVP if you are going to actually attend the Christmas Meeting as the Club will still get charged $30.00 if you RSVP and don’t attend. Members who RSVP and don’t attend will be asked to contribute the cost of the meal that was wasted.

Due to a recent NSW Govt Health notice, our Club’s September booking has been rescheduled to Sunday 11th October.
Entry’s for the original September date will be carried forward to this new date.
This event will be run under a COVID-19 Plan conforming to NSW Govt requirements.
This event is not open to the general public, only members family & friends will be admitted after submitting their contact tracing information online. Please click here to complete a Non Entrants Attendance Form online. Submission of this form before 10:00pm 4th October 2020 is a requirement of entry to the Venue. 
More than one attendee per associated member are welcome. Please submit a separate Non Entrants Attendance Form for each attendee.

Venue Access:

Please note that this Show may be run in conjunction with another (circuit) event. Show entrants and their passengers will be given free access to the venue but entrants will need to tell Security at Gate A that they are displaying their car at the Show on the Amaroo Circuit pits to gain free venue entry.

Vehicle Judging Class:

Please select the right class or you may be disqualified! 
Elite: Cars that have averaged less than 5,000km pa from their build date to the show date, including current series models with less than 5,000km.
Classic: HDT or HSV Cars that are 20 year old or older (ie up to VT Model) regardless of kilometres.
Show n Shine: In these class cars must have averaged between 5,000km & 10,000km per annum from their build date to the show date.
Daily Driven: Cars entering this class must have averaged over 10,000km per annum from their build date to the show date.
Modified: This is an optional class for cars with at least 3 significant modifications, e.g. Forced Induction, custom paint, major motor or interior mods. Cars in this class will be judged against other modified class cars only regardless of kilometres.
Motorsport: Cars entering this class must have competed in at least 2 of our Club motorsport events during the previous and current show year. Cars in this class will be judged against other motorsport cars regardless of kilometres only and are not required to be eligible vehicles (eg HDT or HSV).

Conditions of Entry:

Late Entry cost is $70.00 per member and close 10:00pm Thursday 3rd September 2020. No judged entries will be accepted after this deadline.

The car is to be clean and tidy and well presented. It should be displayed to the best of your ability and reflect the quality of the car, the Club and the Show’s sponsors. Vehicles must be currently listed in the Club’s Membership Register as being an eligible vehicle. Click here to see the Rules and Judging Criteria for Judged Car Shows. To be eligible for trophies, entrants must wear the event shirt which will be given to them on the day as this shirt is a key part of the club’s promotional support of the sponsors who have made this show possible. Judging will be by independent judges and judging decisions are final and not open to appeal. Refunds or credits cannot be given after entries close.

Important Entrant Information:

Entry on the day is from 6:30am and the latest that you can come is 7:30am as the show starts at 9:00am. Please have your car at the Show by 7:15am.

Remember that entrants will need to tell Security at Gate A that they are displaying their car at the Show on the Amaroo Circuit pits to gain free venue entry.

When you arrive at the Amaroo circuit you need to look for any of the Special Events team: Joe Garzaniti, David Sultana, Frank Vivoda and Anthony Borg who will have the vehicle placement map and they we will direct you to your place. Please be patient as we have 60 entries to place in the morning.

Entrants Shirts (which MUST be worn on the day) and goodies bag will be given out on the morning of the Show.

Just remember for members that haven’t entered before it’s all about presentation and how clean your car is, even at the hard to get at places. Displaying your car with merchandise, pictures etc. is encouraged to make it a whole presentation of the vehicle on the day. Please don’t leave unnecessary stuff in your car and in your boot, presentation is a must!

When cars are being judged please leave all the car unlocked with bonnet and boot open.

Please doesn’t approach or talk to the Judges while Judging!!

When judging your members choice award please don’t vote for your friend, as the whole idea is for you to vote for the car that appeals to you most!

Entering Additional Cars:

You may enter more than one eligible vehicle. If you have more than one eligible vehicle included in your membership, please make sure that you log in with the vehicle’s account that you want to enter. Each vehicle needs to be separately entered. There is no additional cost for more than one vehicle. Only one Event Shirt and Goodies bag per paid entry.

A coupon code may be used to process the entry of each additional car at no extra cost. Please do not use the coupon code for your first entry, only for additional entries after the first entry has been submitted. Entries using the coupon code which are not additional will have their entry cancelled and will be required to re-enter again so that an entry payment can be processed. The coupon code for additional car entries is additionalcar and can be applied to your Cart prior to Checkout.

Private Hire Club Drag Day Sunday 21st August 2022

The HSV Owners Club has booked a Private Club Track Hire Drag Day for its members and members of associated car clubs on Sunday 21st August 2022. These types of days are limited, in fact this is the first time since 2018!

Cost is $230 per car and is great value because with the number of entries being limited there will be plenty of time to run your car and race your mates if you wish to do so.

Entry price also includes entry for 1 driver, 2 crew members and 3 spectators – and no more. Crew members will have access to area near the launch pad, spectators will be restricted to the general spectator area.

Entries close once 70 entries are received or 10:00pm Sunday 14th August 2022, whichever is the earliest.

No shops will be open at the venue and you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks.

Competitors gates open at 8:00am, Registration and Scrutineering 8:00am to 9:45am. A compulsory Drivers Briefing will be held at 9:45am, with Racing commencing around 10:00am.

Registration: Drivers are to bring their printed order and photo identification as well as all their crew members and spectators with them to the registration desks in the scrutineering shed upon arrival. The Driver will be issued a pre-numbered entry form which should then be completed and submitted to collect your Driver’s wrist band. Crew Members and Spectators will be checked off the Master List with the Driver and issued wrist bands accordingly. Once Drivers have registered and collected their wrist bands they will need to take their car to scrutineering for safety checking and race number application.

Double entries (where 2 drivers share the one car) are subject to prior approval by Sydney Dragway. If you want to double enter, each driver must enter and pay individually and then email Ian Williams at webmaster@hsvclubnsw.com including details of the car that will be shared. Deadline for double entries is Saturday 13th August 2022. Double entrant information will then be emailed to Sydney Dragway and entrants will be emailed once approval has been received.

The apparel requirements and other information is included in the Supplementary Regulations which you will need to download and read. Please make sure that your helmet has a AS/NZS1698 standard sticker on it, or at minimum complies with this standard. A summary of the requirements for the day is below.

Please include the names of all the people you will be bringing with you on the day below. These names will be included on your Order which will be automatically emailed to you once your entry has been submitted and processed.

Note that ONLY people whose names which have been submitted with your order will be permitted access to the venue on the day.

Catering Vans will be at the venue from 8:00am. The Coffee Van accepts Cash only. The Burger Van accepts both Cash & Card and will have egg and bacon rolls, burgers, gozleme and drinks.

RunWest are involved with Athletics Australia, in assisting them with their charity run, Run West, which is starting here at Sydney Motorsport Park on Sunday 29th March 2020. (http://www.runthewest.com.au/) 

We have been asked to assist in locating car clubs that may wish to display vehicles, on the circuit, (next to the Grandstand lining the cars to guide the runners out of the gate to the Brabham Drive exit) to be in position at the start of the race. 

They are expecting over 10,000 entrants here for the start of the race, with the event now drawing a lot of community interest with Ch7 broadcasting live from the event. The charity run is starting here at SMSP, before heading toward the new Zoo, and finishing at West HQ at Rooty Hill. 

Shannon Nationals racing is being held that weekend at SMSP. All members who display their cars that morning will receive a double adult pass for the day FREE!

Message from the AHD Organisers

Due to the current restrictions relating to COVID-19, and Event Guidelines for large crowds,
it has been decided in order to be social responsible that we will again have to postpone the
35th All Holden Day Weekend to August 2022. This comes after long and lengthy discussions
between AHD Committee members. We tried our best to make this years Event happen, but
with the recent Covid cases, we now find our crowds are too large for a safe event.Please
understand that this comes as hard decision, after another year of tireless planning,
but we all need to do our bit for public safety. As this is the 2nd year of cancellation,
we will be making refunds to all Entrants from 2020 and 2021.
(This will happen over the next few weeks – please be patience as you can appreciate
this will take
a fair bit of administration work.  – please refrain from calling, emailing
or contacting us –
as we will try to process all refunds in the quickest possible time.)

A “Late Entry” is available for entrants submitting entries from Monday 16th May to Friday 3rd June inclusive.

This will be a flat $50.00 per person which will include Saturday Show Entry, Saturday afternoon Cruise or Dyno Comp spectator and spectator entry to the Sunday Motorsport including lunch.

No other choices will be available to Late Entrants. Friday and Sunday night dinners must be paid direct to the Thurgoona Resort Restaurant each night, and bus rides from the Siesta to the Thurgoona, if required, will need to be paid to James Weber on the Friday evening beforehand.

Entry to HSVFest 2022 is to be made by the submission of an online entry by a financial HSV Club member and is subject to the below Conditions and approval of the event organisers.

Accommodation in Albury is limited so please ensure that you have booked accommodation before submitting your Entry.

Important: Before you commence your HSVFest entries, please Log in to your Account. If you do not already have an Account, first please click on “Login/My Account” at the top of the screen and Register. Once you have registered, please login and then add your vehicle details by clicking on the “Edit” link at the top of your Billing Address in your Account. If you have changed your vehicle since you last logged in, please update your vehicle’s details as this information is required for event entry.

You will need to place separate entries for yourself and each of your guests and add each entry to your Cart. You will be shown a cost total as you proceed at the top of this page. HSV Fest 2020 CANCELLED

Due to the Government’s ban on non-essential indoor gatherings of 100 or more as well as the increasing risk of exposure to COVID-19 HSV Fest 2020 has been cancelled.
All Entrants will receive a full refund by 25th March 2020.

Bookings for HSV Fest 11-13 June 2021 will open on Monday 1st February 2021.

HSV Fest 2020 Entry

Entry to HSV Fest 2020 is to be made by the submission of an online entry by a financial HSV Club member and is subject to the below Conditions and approval of the event organisers.

Accommodation in Albury is limited so please ensure that you have booked accommodation before submitting your Entry. It’s also recommended that you first visit the HSV Fest website, if you haven’t already done so, to view our range of collector merchandise before you commence your entry.

Important: Before you commence your HSV Fest entries, please Log in to your Account. If you do not already have an Account, first please click on “Login/My Account” at the top of the screen and Register. Once you have registered, please login and then add your vehicle details by clicking on the “Edit” link at the top of your Billing Address in your Account. If you have changed your vehicle since you last logged in, please update your vehicle’s details as this information is required for event entry.

For returning Entrants we apologise that a problem with our website late 2019 caused a loss of the information that you had already entered into your account, which unfortunately will need to be re-entered again. You may also need to re-set your password. This problem has been fixed and you should not be inconvenienced like this again.

You will need to place separate entries for yourself and each of your guests and add each entry to your Cart. You will be shown a cost total as you proceed at the top of this page. Please check your entry details before you proceed to the Checkout as your entry can’t be changed once your payment has been made. Once you have added all of your entries to your Cart you can then proceed to the Checkout and make your payment.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal and no refunds will be made after Sunday 10th May 2020. Once your entry has been accepted you will be sent an email confirming all the details of your order.

If you want to include MERCHANDISE in your entry, you will need to submit your entry by no later than Sunday 26th April 2020.

Merchandise orders will then be closed and your merchandise selection will be available for collection at your Club Meeting prior to HSV Fest 2020, or on Friday afternoon, 5th June at the Siesta Resort.

Entries NOT including merchandise must be submitted by no later than Sunday 10th May 2020.

Conditions of entry into HSV Fest 2020:

(1) The Vehicle or Vehicles entered by the entrant must be a plated HSV or Pre-1988 HDT. If you wish to enter more than one vehicle you will need to create an Account for each each vehicle and enter using that vehicle’s Account.
(2) The person entering HSV Fest must be a current financial member from any HSV owners club worldwide.
(3) Members will be responsible for the behaviour of their Guests and Children. All participants must comply with their respective Club’s Code of Conduct.
(4) No refunds or changes to Entries or Selections may be made after Sunday 10th May 2020.
(5) Motorsport entries will be accepted in order of receipt. Motorsport entrants who have entered after the limit has been reached will have their entry fee refunded, less $5.00 for lunch which will still be provided.

Hunter Valley Steamfest

 

Come along for a fun filled day at Maitland Steamfeast. We will be putting our cars in the Show and Shine event at Mayfield showground. You can leave the ground at any time of the day and have a wonder around the town at all that Steam Feast has to offer your from steam train races or train rides, check out the antique machinery and see how things used to be done or just have a wonder around the live music, market stals or gourment food stores and more. It is a great day for the entire family, young and old.

COST TO MEMBERS: $10pp  for show and shine entry to pay in cash at the showground if you want to enter

Upon checkout you will be requested to provide the name of all attendees (as well as email address). Attendees who are not club members will be granted Temporary Membership for these two days. This is necessary to ensure that the event documentation conforms with relevant legislation and that all attendees are covered by our CAMS insurance policy. This information will be required on all future events!

Australia Day Long weekend Sunday morning drive to the Southern Highlands where we will drive to the Joadja Estate Winery for “Music in the Vines” to enjoy lunch and have a few wines.

Live music in the relaxing surroundings of the vineyard will be performed by Scissors Paper Rock this year.

A little bit about Scissors Paper Rock..

Scissors Paper Rock are an energetic, party band playing a tight mix of old and new covers. Can I get some Barnsey? Some Farnsey? Maybe even some Darryl Braithwaite? Anything is possible!

Based in the Illawarra, they’re a three piece popular rock band renowned for playing mixups, medleys and crowd favourites. Sam, Cav and Rossco love playing live music together, bringing the soundtrack to you this Australia Day.

Bring a chair or a picnic rug and sit and enjoy the music,  

BYO soft drinks only.

There is a sausage sizzle at the vineyard or woodfire pizzas for sale. You can also bring your own picnic to eat while you sit and relax and enjoy the “Music in the Vines”.

The General Meeting on Tuesday 3rd December 2019 will be our Club’s annual Christmas Party Meeting.
It will be held in the ARDC Hinxman Room at 8:00pm (On top of the pits at the Control Tower end, Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.)
Come and enjoy our end of year meeting!
Free hot food will be supplied by the ARDC caterers and a drink voucher for 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks) or 1 spirit drink will be given to financial members and partners of family members only.
RSVP’s are necessary as we order and pay for catering on a “per head” basis and must be submitted no later than 25th November 2019.
RSVP’s are essential. Please don’t get embarrassed by turning up without submitting an RSVP by 25th November!
