Next General Meeting on Tuesday 5th December 2017 will be our Club’s annual Christmas Party Meeting.
It will be held in the ARDC Hinxman Room at 8:00pm (On top of the pits at the Control Tower end, Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.)
Come and enjoy our end of year meeting!
Free finger food will be supplied by the ARDC caterers and a drink voucher for 2 drinks (beer, wine or soft drinks) or 1 spirit drink will be given to financial members and partners of family members only.
RSVP’s are essential as we order and pay for catering on a “per head” basis and must be submitted no later than 28th November 2017.

Come along and enjoy a relaxing picnic dinner with great friends in the grounds of the Hunter Valley Gardens Shopping Village picnic areas that are equipped with electric BBQs and children’s playground or grab your rug, bring your food hamper and enjoy the surroundings. Or if you prefer there are plenty of food and beverage stalls inside the gardens, with a full belly we will have a wonder through the beautiful Hunter Valley Gardens and delight in the sights of the Christmas Light Spectacular.
Roaming entertainment including carollers (until Boxing Day), and nightly performances by much loved children’s music group Little Scallywagz
Christmas Lights Spectacular are celebrating an impressive 10 years of spreading the Christmas spirit and joy to adults and children of all ages. To mark this momentous occasion, Hunter Valley Gardens invites you to explore the Southern Hemisphere’s biggest and most breathtaking display of over 2 million lights.
Entry to the gardens is $21 Adults and $17 per child (4-15 years)
There are also rides in the grounds of the gardens and wrist bands can be purchased at the entrance for an additional fee.
Gates open from 6.30pm – 10pm
Cruise from Thornleigh McDonalds up along the M1 to Hunter Valley Gardens Pokolbin.
Bookings and payment is essential to confirm numbers.
Closing date for bookings is 10:00pm, Thursday 7th December
